Susanna has previous experience from transaction advisory, corporate M&A and investments. Most recently she was an M&A advisor at EY where she advised owners of Nordic-based companies in the technology sector on M&A transactions. Prior to that, she gained experience at the private equity fund eEquity, the corporate M&A divison of Ericsson and in investment banking at Danske Bank. Susanna holds a B.Sc. degree in Financial Economics from School of Business, Economics and Law at University of Gothenburg and a M.Sc. degree in Accounting, Valuation and Financial Management from the Stockholm School of Economics, including studies at Bocconi University, Italy.
